What you are buying

A licence to use Last Loonie, billed yearly or monthly, with a 30-day free trial. Bank sync additionally requires your own SimpleFIN subscription, which is a separate service with separate terms.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Your budget data stays on your device either way — only automatic bank sync stops.

What we do not promise

Last Loonie is a budgeting tool, not financial, tax or investment advice. We do not guarantee that any particular bank will stay connected, since that depends on SimpleFIN and on your bank.

Your data is your responsibility

Because your budget lives in your browser, clearing your browser data, losing your device or uninstalling your browser will delete it. Export backups. We cannot recover anything for you, because we never hold it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
